During your first massage session, you can expect:

1. Consultation: We will discuss your medical history, any specific concerns, and what you hope to achieve from the massage.

2. Privacy: You'll be given time to undress in private and get in between the sheets. I do a very modest drape. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

3. Relaxing Environment: The room will be dimly lit with soothing music to create a tranquil atmosphere.

4. Techniques: I will use various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy,  reflexology or others depending on your needs and preferences.

5. Communication: Feel free to communicate your comfort level, pressure preference, or any discomfort during the session. We can always change things as needed.

6. Duration: Sessions last between 60-120 minutes, with 90 minutes being the most common for a full-body massage.

7. Post-Massage: Afterward, you may feel relaxed, possibly a bit sore, or even energized. Stay hydrated to help your body flush out toxins.

8. Follow-up: We will discuss suggested future sessions, stretches or self-care tips for maintaining the benefits of the massage.
